Air Summit Gourmet

Went here to try out the dining experience in an airplane and it was nice. The ambiance was good and felt luxurious. The staff were attentive and polite. Nothing incredible about the food tho, just average and needs improvement on plating and taste. But overall a nice experience.

My family went to this place for my birthday celebration. It was Saturday with not so many people dining in. We first registered and ordered at the reception area with their personnel dressed like flight attendants, made you feel you're in an airport. They gave us a boarding pass and waited just few minutes to board the aircraft. The foods were good and for me, just enough for its price. Personally, I like their chicken de luxe with salad! With the ambiance inside and not to mention the calm music seemed like you're in a nice hotel. We're 6 adults and 2 children and spent around 4K with take-out. Though it's pricey for some, but for us it's the unique experience that was really worth it. Overall it was such an awesome dining experience.

It was a great experience to dine here because of the place and overall vibe. I highly recommed the sauteed salmon belly dish included in the feast packages. Some food are mid, however, palatable for Filipino taste. Got nice aesthetic instagrammable pics in this place even though it is quite far from Manila. The staff are also commendable and kind.

The service was exceptional – our servers was attentive, friendly, and made fantastic recommendations. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. Every dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The attention to detail was evident in both the menu and the execution. I also appreciated the creative touches, like the "boarding pass" and the aviation-inspired decor – they really tied everything together and made the dining experience feel unique and special. Proper process upon arrival, you have to enter the office first and order your food, once all ready you can go upstairs. Food is reasonable and good for sharing. Service is okay, most of them seemed to be busy even though it’s not a peak hour and with less customers. Not ideal for groups as their table can accommodate 4pax max then the others will be adjacent or behind your spot. There’s another restaurant in the same location which is Kamayan sa Palaisdaan.

This is our second time dining here—the first was back in 2020. We arrived around 10–11 AM and there were only a few other customers. We ordered Feast A and added Creamy Spinach Chicken since we were a group of five. I still enjoy the place, especially the unique experience of dining inside an airplane. My only suggestion is for the management to consider repainting the airplane exterior—it’s starting to look faded and less vibrant. Also, add credit card payment option The food was good, and I appreciated the complimentary drinks. They also served cheesecake for dessert, but it was a bit too dry for my liking. Tip: Visit early, especially on weekends, as it tends to get crowded.
